How many I-Tips do I need for a full head?
A full head is generally 250 pieces (5 bundles). However, this may vary depending on the texture, length, and density of your natural hair as well as the texture & length of the I-Tips, and the hairstyle that you desire to achieve.
When in doubt, we recommend that you have the stylist completing your install assist or contact us via email at email@example.com.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
Once an order is placed it immediately begins processing and can NOT be changed or cancelled. If you feel you have made an error with your order or have changed your mind contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process. See the "Returns" page for further instructions.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated on the page titled “Returns”.
When will my order ship?
All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days plus 1-3 days for shipping. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
My order status says “Processing.” What does that mean?
“Processing” just means that we successfully received your order! ALL orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”
Why was my order cancelled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order need some extra verification of your billing and payment information and we did not receive a response, the order was then canceled as we are unable to hold orders for longer than 3 business days.
Why doesn't my refund include shipping?
All shipping & handling fees are non-refundable including return shipping fees. If approved, the cost of return shipping & handling will be deducted from the funds that are credited to your gift card. For additional information, please review our policy on the "Refund Policy" page.
