Due to the intimate nature of our products ALL items are FINAL SALE.
If a package contains missing or incorrect items, please notify us within 5 business days from the date of delivery at email@example.com.
We want all of our customers to have a positive shopping experience at Mahari Raw. However, there are many variables to consider with hair and extension installation and we understand that we are just one part of your journey. In our efforts to set our customers up for success we have included instructions with every hair purchase with steps for pre-install hair prep and post install hair maintenance. Please be sure to follow these instructions closely.
NOTE: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will proceed with the return policy as stated above.

To return your product please follow the instructions as stated above.
Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping ($9.49) will be deducted from your store credit (if eligible).
