All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days plus 1-3 days for shipping depending on the method selected at time of purchase.
At this time we offer domestic & international shipping via UPS.
Shipping & Handling Charges are based off of the address of the recipient and calculated by the shipping carrier at time of purchase. You will see an estimated time frame next to each shipping option.

Note: Shipping & Handling turnaround times are general estimates provided by the shipping carrier, NOT guarantees. Shipping & Handling costs (at time of purchase & returns) are non-refundable. Mahari Raw is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages OR delivery delays due to the shipping carrier (UPS). Upon completion of your order, email notifications about shipping will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Use the tracking number provided to stay updated with the status of your delivery at the site listed above. In the event that you do not receive your package contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will 1st work with UPS to retrieve your package as it is our priority that you receive your order. ONLY packages that are officially deemed lost by UPS will be eligible for refund review. All other instances must be reviewed by our recovery team.
Mahari Raw MUST be informed of all lost/missing packages within 120 days of the ship date to assist the recipient/customer. Shipped orders more than 120 days old are ineligible for tracking, search, or recovery as shipping carries archive tracking numbers after this time period.
