Upon receipt of your order, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to return it to us. Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address & return label procedure BEFORE SHIPPING THE PACKAGE.
Once the returned order has been received, processed, assessed for damage, deemed unopened, and in good condition by our review team we will then be able to issue a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card. Please allow at least 7 business days for this process to be completed.
Note: Once received back into our custody, all returns are FINAL. If approved, shipping/handling costs for Returns ($10) will be deducted from your store credit. Orders outside of the 5 day return period are ineligible for credit. Orders MUST be shipped with the Mahari Raw provided label or they will NOT be accepted for processing.
Late or Missing Store Credits/Gift Cards
If you haven’t received your credit in form of gift card yet, first check your spam/junk mail as it will be delivered via email and could be routed there in error.
Then be sure that at least 7 business days have passed since we confirmed receipt of your return.
